进食困难是食管疾病的常见症状，它是指食物从口腔至胃运送过程中受到阻碍的一种症状。 Difficulty in SWALLOWING which may result from neuromuscular disorder or mechanical obstruction. Dysphagia is classified into two distinct types: oropharyngeal dysphagia due to malfunction of the PHARYNX and UPPER ESOPHAGEAL SPHINCTER; and esophageal dysphagia due to malfunction of the ESOPHAGUS. 吞咽困难是指食物从口腔至胃、贲门运送过程中受阻而产生咽部、胸骨后或食管部位的梗阻停滞感觉。对于吞咽困难患者临床医师必须重视，器质性疾病所致的吞咽困难必须与假性吞咽困难相区别，后者并无食管梗阻的基础病变，患者仅诉咽部、胸骨后有团块样堵塞感，但往往不能明确指出具体部位，且进食流质或固体食物均无困难，这类患者常伴有神经官能症的其他症状。吞咽困难是食管癌最常见症状，对任何有吞咽困难者，必须要及早明确是否为癌所致。 |
