眼球震颤是一种不自主、有节律性、往返摆动的眼球运动。方向分为水平型、垂直型、旋转型等，以水平型为常见，通常以快相方向表示眼球震颤方向，快相为代偿性恢复注视位的运动。简称眼震。常由视觉系统、眼外肌、内耳迷路及中枢神经系统的疾病引起。眼球震颤不是一个独立的疾病，而是某些疾病的临床表现，因此要针对病因进行治疗。
