漏睛，中医病名。是指大眦部常有涎水或脓汁自泪窍外漏为特征的眼病。又名目脓漏、漏睛脓出外障。相当于西医学之慢性泪囊炎。现代医家认为，漏睛是一种常见病，成人或老年人最多，青年及儿童则较少，女性多于男性。有一眼独病者，也有两眼俱病者，但以一眼独病为多。多为椒疮的常见合并症之一，并有可能演变为漏睛疮。另外，邪毒长期伏于内眦，脓汁不尽，若行眼部手术或目珠外伤，尤其黑睛破损，则邪毒乘隙而入，可继发凝脂翳、黄液上冲等严重变症。 Dacryocystitis is an infection of the lacrimal sac, secondary to obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct at the junction of lacrimal sac. The term derives from the Greek dákryon , cysta , and -itis . It causes pain, redness, and swelling over the inner aspect of the lower eyelid and epiphora. When nasolacrimal duct obstruction is secondary to a congenital barrier it is referred to as dacryocystocele. It is most commonly caused by Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae. The most common complication is corneal ulceration, frequently in association with S. pneumoniae. The mainstays of treatment are oral antibiotics, warm compresses, and relief of nasolacrimal duct obstruction by dacryocystorhinostomy. Inflammation of the lacrimal sac. (Dorland, 27th ed) |
