Description This serves as an instantiation of the OoEVV ontology design pattern for variables derived from vaccine protection studies that have been previously indexed in the Los Alamos National Laboratories (LANL) HIV Vaccine Trials Database. This is a comprehensive index of research outcomes derived from vaccine studies in nonhuman primates and provides an excellent index of papers for examination with our approach.
