- Colorectal cancer ontology
- This ontology is an comprehensive approach, including various aspects associated with CRC disease. We developed this ontology as an assistive solution for enhancing the semantic interoperability among various Health Information Systems (HISs) in Iran having CRC data elements.
- HSDB OCRe view
- This view contains HSDB extensions of OCRe. It contains additional defined classes in OCRe_ext (which imports OCRe) and annotations (in HSDB_OCRe) needed for the automatic generation of HSDB XSD.
