The MIRAPIE ontology serves to formally define the classes for the MIRAPIE data model. This model was designed to answer the overarching MIRAPIE question “WHO did WHAT using WHICH methods, tools, and rules HOW, WHY, and WHEN with biomedical data obtained from WHERE?” within the diverse subdisciplines of biomedicine.
