v2.0: Major structural update — synonyms converted from separate OWL classes to skos:altLabel annotations on preferred concept classes, reducing total classes from 10,683 to 7,399 unique preferred concepts (3,255 synonyms stored as skos:altLabel). Hierarchical structure corrected: Sports moved under Exercise; rdfs:label added to all 7,399 classes including 3 superclasses (Body measurement, Equipment/Device/Tool/Questionnaire, Time patterns). URI encoding fixed for special characters; label quality normalized (whitespace, ALL CAPS, underscores).
