Added UECFOOD256 category labels from http://foodcam.mobi/dataset256.html. UEC FOOD 256 is a 256-kind food photo dataset with bounding boxes built by the Food Recognition Research Group at The University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan (Kawano & Yanai, 2014). Each jfo:foodcomp item now carries jfo:hasUECFOOD256Category annotations linking to the corresponding UECFOOD256 category name.

MODELING NOTE: Nutritional values (~152,878 triples) are stored as literal triples using component-id-* IRIs as predicates (e.g., jfo:component-id-enerc_kcal "343"). These component IRIs are also declared as owl:Class, creating a strict separation violation in OWL 2 DL. Future versions should introduce dedicated DatatypeProperties for nutritional values.
