Description The Interaction ontology (IxnO) was developed to enable curation of chemical-gene and chemical-protein interactions for the Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD). CTD is a freely available resource that aims to promote understanding and novel hypothesis development about the effects of the environment on human health.
