瘀斑、瘀伤，或称瘀血、瘀青，是指直径10毫米以上的皮下出血点。 瘀点是在身体上的一个红色或紫色的血点块，医学上也称作出血点。 Multimedia|Petechiae|Petechiae are pinpoint, round spots that appear on the skin as a result of bleeding. The bleeding causes the petechiae to appear red, brown or purple. Petechiae (puh-TEE-kee-ee) commonly appear in clusters and may look like a rash. Usually flat to the touch, petechiae don't lose color when you press on them. Sometimes they appear on the inner surfaces of the mouth or the eyelids.|Petechiae are common and may indicate a number of conditions, ranging from minor to very serious. Extravasation of blood into the skin, resulting in a nonelevated, rounded or irregular, blue or purplish patch, larger than a petechia. Purplish or brownish red discoloration, easily visible through the epidermis, caused by hemorrhage into the tissues. When the size of the discolorization is >2-3 cm it is generally called Ecchymoses (ECCHYMOSIS). |
