牙龈溃烂通常为口腔溃疡的一种表现，牙龈是由软组织构成，也是人类口腔内的粘膜组织。常见的牙龈溃烂多由口腔溃疡产生，该软组织处的粘膜，出现单个或多个黄白色圆形或椭圆形的溃烂点本病为口腔粘膜中最常见的疾病之一，以青壮年多见，相当于复发性口腔溃疡，又叫复发性阿弗它性口炎。 An acute or chronic GINGIVITIS characterized by redness and swelling, NECROSIS extending from the interdental papillae along the gingival margins, PAIN; HEMORRHAGE, necrotic odor, and often a pseudomembrane. The condition may extend to the ORAL MUCOSA; TONGUE; PALATE; or PHARYNX. The etiology is somewhat unclear, but may involve a complex of FUSOBACTERIUM NUCLEATUM along with spirochetes BORRELIA or TREPONEMA. |
