A comment is a remark about a piece of information, an observation or statement. In the context of GFF3, GVF, etc., genomic feature and variation descriptions, "isAfter" and "isBefore" relationships should be used to indicate where a comment is situated between pragma or feature statements of GFF3, GTF, GVF or VCF files. For specific descriptions or textual annotations of genomic features, the use of the "Note" class is encouraged. |
