Any appendage segment (FBbt:00007018) that is part of some leg (FBbt:00004640). The podomeres of the adult leg are coxa, trochanter, femur, tibia and segmented tarsus with the claw at the distal tarsomere (pretarsus). In the larva the podomeres tibia and tarsus are fused to form the tibiotarsus and the pretarsus develops into the claw.
