NEMO subontologies/modules archived

Note that NEMO.owl is an upper domain ontology that includes several (roughly orthogonal) sub-ontologies or modules. Each concept in NEMO.owl is assigned a namespace (annotation_property) that corresponds to one of these modules. The modules include:

1. NEMO_spatial.owl -- contains spatial concepts and relations for representation of EEG and MEG patterns in scalp (head surface) space and in source (brain anatomical) space

2. NEMO_temporal.owl -- contains temporal concepts and relations for representation of temporal attributes of EEG and MEG patterns

3. NEMO_functional.owl -- contains concepts and relations for representation of functional (cognitive/ experimental) attributes of EEG and MEG patterns

4. NEMO_data.owl -- contains concepts and relations for representation of data acquisition, analysis, and measure generation.

5. NEMO_erp.owl -- contains complex concepts and relations for representation of EEG and MEG spatiotemporal patterns. Eventually, each of these concepts will be linked to NEMO_spatial, NEMO_temporal, NEMO_functional, and (in some cases), NEMO_data, reflecting pattern definitions that are empirically grounded and are used for classification and labeling of patterns in EEG and MEG datasets.
