[LI-RADS] Include “capsule” in measurement.
Pick phase, series, and plane in which margins are clearest.
Do not measure in arterial phase or DWI if margins are clearly visible on different series.
The LI-RADS definition of “size” correspons to the definition of the longest diameter in RECIST. LI-RADS prefers “size” rather than “diameter” as observations may not be spherical.
