Species richness merged with Species identitiy. This is not an exact synonym (Species richness and eveness (which we have no term for) being two components of Species diversity measurements) but what was happening is that the two are used with large degree of overlap in corpus so many articles getting hits for both, but below top 8 so indexing to this concept is lost.
