An cultural state is a partial description of the cultural aspects that are supported by some physical objects, and their relations. Although it can mention objects of several kinds, it is focussed on ideal objects that are cultural aspects of some physical objects. For example, the administrative status of a patient is an ideal object, as well as its social status. A cultural state describes how they occurs regarding the patient.
