| Scope Statement | REMARQUE : Il existe deux SMQ consacrées à l'anaphylaxie : Réaction anaphylactique (SMQ) et États de choc anaphylactique/anaphylactoïde (SMQ) Ces deux SMQ ont des objets différent. États de choc anaphylactique/anaphylactoïde (SMQ) est spécifique des manifestations anaphylactiques plus sévères, comme celles produisant un état de choc, et ne s'applique pas aux manifestations moins graves comme un érythème. Réaction anaphylactique (SMQ) élargit le domaine au-delà des états de choc en incluant des termes comme le PT Hypersensibilité de type I.
