Clinical or subclinical disturbances of cortical function due to a sudden, abnormal, excessive, and disorganized discharge of brain cells. Clinical manifestations include abnormal motor, sensory and psychic phenomena. Recurrent seizures are usually referred to as EPILEPSY or \"seizure disorder.\" 多见于弥漫性脑损害儿童，睡眠中发作较多。表现全身或部分肌肉持续的强直性收缩，不伴阵挛期。使头、眼和肢体固定某一位置，躯干呈角弓反张，伴短暂意识丧失，以及面部青紫、呼吸暂停和瞳孔散大等，如发作时处于站立位可剧烈摔倒。发作持续数秒至数十秒，典型发作期EEG为暴发性多棘波。 |
