血精，中医病名。是指因热入精室、脾肾气虚所引起的精室血络受损、血溢脉外，随精而出的肾系疾病。临床表现以精液呈粉红色、红色、棕红色或带有血丝为主要表现。西医则称为精囊炎。本病预后良好，经及时准确治疗多能治愈。慢性精囊炎易反复发作，致阳萎、不射精症等，并伴随一系列精神症状的出现。
