乳房疼痛，是一种常见而成因多的乳房症状，泛指任何在乳房出现的不适或疼痛。 乳房的感觉受肋间神经及3、4颈神经支配，一旦这些神经受到侵犯就会引起疼痛，所以乳房疼痛不是某一种疾病的特定症状。早期乳腺癌很少出现疼痛，除非局部晚期乳腺癌或炎性乳腺癌。乳房疼痛多来自非肿瘤性的乳房良性疾病。可以说乳房疼痛与乳房疾病的良恶性及疾病严重程度不成正比。需要告诫的是:不伴有乳房疼痛的乳腺肿块更应提高警惕。 Pain in the breast generally classified as cyclical (associated with menstrual periods), or noncyclical, i.e. originating from the breast or nearby muscles or joints, ranging from minor discomfort to severely incapacitating. Breast pain is the symptom of discomfort in the breast. Pain that involves both breasts and which occurs repeatedly before the menstrual period is generally not serious. Pain that involves only one part of a breast is more concerning. It is particularly concerning if a hard mass or nipple discharge is also present. |
