尿量异常指24小时总尿量的异常,包括多尿、少尿、无尿。正常成人24小时总尿量为1000～2000ml。每日尿量>2000ml称为多尿。每日尿量少于400ml或少于17ml/小时称为少尿。每日尿量少于100ml则称为无尿。如果夜尿>全天尿量的1/2即>750毫升则称为夜尿增多。其中少尿和无尿等症状是临床上威胁生命的严重的症状，应积极寻找病因，并予以迅速有效的处理。多尿亦应针对原发病进行治疗。
