Acronym | IDO |
Visibility | Public |
Description | The IDO ontologies are designed as a set of interoperable ontologies that will together provide coverage of the infectious disease domain. At the core of the set is a general Infectious Disease Ontology (IDO-Core) of entities relevant to both biomedical and clinical aspects of most infectious diseases. Sub-domain specific extensions of IDO-Core complete the set providing ontology coverage of entities relevant to specific pathogens or diseases.

Change Property Value Proposal: Rename to "Virus" following standard syntax for class names | johnbeve | Change Property Value Proposal | http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCBITaxon_10239 | 2020-04-03 |
New Relationship Proposal: I think this should be a subclass of organism. There's already a subclass of organism 'primary pathogen' which seems to be a type of pathogen. | johnbeve | New Relationship Proposal | http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/IDO_0000528 | 2020-04-03 |
