Structures: Corpus Callosum Occipital Lobe Parietal Lobe Precuneus Information: The Parieto-occipital Sulcus is a very deep groove which extends obliquely across the medial surface of the brain, posterior to the corpus callosum. It is forms part of the boundary between the occipital and parietal lobes. Specifically, it is located between the cuneus of the occipital lobe and the precuneus of the parietal lobe.
