Distinguish clinical & scientific?

Do we need to distinguish those, and adding something like Immunobiology or so?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immunology is defined as the biological one, with Immunobiology redirected. Do we then need "Clinical immunology" under clinical medical stuff?
