Healthcare Professional or “HCP” shall mean any person licensed to prescribe Company products, as well as anyone working for a person licensed to prescribe a Company Therapeutic Product and in a position to influence a purchasing decision, including without limitation physicians and other providers (e.g., nurses, pharmacists), dialysis providers, other office personnel. Healthcare Professional means any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe, recommend, purchase, supply, or administer a pharmaceutical product. |
