| DesignNote | Endostatin is a 20 kD C-terminal fragment of collagen XVIII that inhibits endothelial proliferation and angiogenesis. Cell surface proteoglycans glypican-1 and glypican-4 are endostatin receptors. Heparan sulfate glycosaminoglycans of glypican are critical for endostatin binding.
